Is Algonova a scam?

No. Algonova is an online tech school that has been teaching children and teenagers for more than 10 years, with over 1,000,000 graduates across 97 countries. The safest way to confirm it at no financial risk: take the free 60-minute trial class, which happens before any payment, watch the teacher work live, and then decide. Are the reviews on this page genuine?

Every review on this page is signed with the parent's name, the city they live in, and the child's name and age, not an anonymous quote. The same reviews also appear on the programme pages the children attend, for example the kids coding courses page and the maths classes page. We deliberately kept reviews that mention the hard parts, such as a child refusing to take part in the first session or Python PRO assignments feeling heavy, because parents need that side too before deciding.

How much do Algonova coding and maths courses cost?

Courses at Algonova Indonesia start from Rp 102,000 per lesson for a small group class of up to 10 students. Lessons run 45, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the programme and the child's age. The price covers live sessions with a certified teacher, access to the learning platform, and a certificate after each completed level. The team gives you the final figure for your child's schedule and programme when they call after the free trial class, so you know the cost before you decide.

What if my child turns out not to be a fit?

That is why the trial class comes before any payment: you see how the teacher works and how your child reacts first, then decide. If the answer after the trial is not yet, nobody pushes. If your child has already started and needs a different level, a different teacher or another time slot, the team can rearrange it without restarting the programme. Cancellation terms for active enrolments are set out in the Terms and Conditions, linked at the bottom of this page.

Are classes online or in person, and are the teachers real?

All Algonova Indonesia classes run fully online with real teachers working live, not recorded video. Children learn in small groups of up to 10 students, or one to one with a teacher, depending on the format you pick. The learning platform runs in the browser, so your child does not need a special or high-powered laptop. The teacher can see your child's screen and step in when they get stuck, just like in a normal classroom.
