These Terms apply exclusively to online Mathematics Private Lessons provided in the Republic of Indonesia.
By purchasing an eligible lesson package, the Parent confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms.
1. LEGAL NATURE OF THE GUARANTEE
1.1 This Result Guarantee constitutes a conditional commercial commitment, not an absolute academic performance warranty.
1.2 Algonova does not guarantee specific grades, rankings, exam results, or admission outcomes.
1.3 The Guarantee applies only if all eligibility conditions described below are strictly fulfilled.
1.4 This Guarantee is structured in compliance with Indonesian Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999 and does not eliminate the Parent’s statutory rights.

For calculation purposes:
- Rescheduled lessons within the same calendar month count as attended.

Submission of school academic reports is a material and mandatory condition.
The Parent must:
1. Provide the most recent official school mathematics report within the first two (2) weeks of lessons.
2. Provide updated official reports immediately upon issuance during the learning period.
3. Ensure reports are authentic and officially issued by the school.
Failure to provide official reports:
- Suspends evaluation of the Guarantee.
- May result in automatic invalidation of the Guarantee.
Algonova relies exclusively on official school documentation to assess progress.
4. DEFINITION OF “ACADEMIC PROGRESS”
Due to the absence of a unified grading standard across Indonesian schools, “Academic Progress” means any objectively documented improvement in mathematics performance, including:
- Increase in numerical grade;
- Improvement in letter grade;
- Advancement in performance level;
- Improved teacher written comments;
- Official indication that performance has improved.
Even minimal documented positive change qualifies as progress.
Algonova does not use universal percentage benchmarks (such as 75%) due to differences in school grading systems.
If any documented improvement exists, the Guarantee is considered fulfilled.
5. EVALUATION PROCEDURE
Stage 1 – After 40 Lessons
Upon completion of 40 lessons:
- If Academic Progress is confirmed → Guarantee is fulfilled.
- If no Academic Progress is documented → Algonova provides additional lessons equal to 25% of the purchased package at no cost.

- Refund excludes bank fees or third-party transaction fees where applicable.

The burden of proof of compliance rests with the Parent.

Any voluntary freeze or suspension requested by the Parent shall automatically terminate eligibility for the Guarantee.
7.4 Teacher-Initiated Rescheduling
a) Lessons rescheduled at the initiative of Algonova or the assigned teacher shall not be counted toward the Student’s 10% absence limit.
b) If Algonova reschedules a lesson beyond the current calendar month, such rescheduling shall not constitute a violation of the Guarantee conditions by the Parent or Student.
c) Any lesson rescheduled by Algonova shall remain fully eligible for inclusion within the Guarantee calculations.
d) If lessons are rescheduled by the teacher more than three (3) times within a calendar month, the Parent may request a replacement teacher without affecting eligibility for the Guarantee.

a) Homework submission shall be recorded through the teacher’s confirmation in the learning system or through written confirmation in the official communication channel.
b) For Guarantee purposes, only the fact of timely submission is evaluated.
c) The quality, completeness, accuracy, or correctness of homework shall not be assessed for Guarantee eligibility.
d) If no feedback or confirmation is received from the teacher within twenty-four (24) hours after submission, the Parent may request written confirmation from Algonova Support.
e) Homework not submitted before the beginning of the next scheduled lesson shall be deemed incomplete and may result in termination of Guarantee eligibility.
7.6 Technical Failures and Internet Connectivity Issues
a) A lesson shall be deemed completed if at least seventy percent (70%) of the planned lesson duration has been conducted.
Example: a sixty-minute lesson shall be deemed completed if at least forty-two (42) minutes have been delivered.
b) If a lesson is interrupted by technical issues and less than 70% of the planned duration is completed, the lesson shall be considered not conducted and shall be rescheduled without affecting the Guarantee.
c) Responsibility for technical failures shall be determined as follows:
- Platform failure attributable to Algonova: the lesson shall be treated as attended and any rescheduling shall not count toward the 10% absence limit.
- Failure attributable to the Student (internet connection, equipment, device, software, or similar issues): the lesson shall be treated as missed and counted toward the 10% absence limit unless properly rescheduled within the applicable period.
d) In the event of a technical failure, either Party shall notify the other Party within thirty (30) minutes and propose a rescheduling date.
e) Technical failures must be documented in writing, including screenshots, error reports, or support chat records, for purposes of Guarantee calculations.
7.7 Lesson Rescheduling Rules
a) The Parent may request lesson rescheduling by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice.
b) No more than four (4) lesson reschedules are permitted within a calendar month.
c) All rescheduled lessons must be completed within the same calendar month unless otherwise permitted under these Terms.
d) Notice provided less than twenty-four (24) hours before the lesson shall allow rescheduling, but the lesson shall count toward the Student’s 10% absence limit.

7.8 Additional Packages and Repeat Purchases
