ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the application (“App”) developed by Algonova Global Inc. (“Algonova”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users who register for, access, or use the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the App immediately.
PURPOSE OF THE APP
The App is designed for parents and guardians who wish to: - Book a free trial class for their child, and
- Access educational content related to parenting and child development.
The App and its content are not intended for direct use by children under the age of 18.
All educational and parenting materials are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional educational, psychological, or medical advice.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND LOGIN
To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and truthful information. Account registration and login are performed via your phone number, verified by a One-Time Password (OTP) sent through SMS. Standard mobile carrier charges may apply for OTP verification SMS. Algonova does not charge any additional fees. The App does not support email or social media login options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and ensuring that your account is not accessed by unauthorized persons.
USE OF CONTENT
All content provided through the App, including videos, text, and other materials, is offered for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, or repurpose any content from the App without prior written permission from Algonova.
Violation of this clause may result in suspension or termination of access to the App and may constitute a breach of intellectual property laws.
Algonova may suspend or terminate user access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated, the App is misused, or if required by law or operational necessity. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user under these Terms will cease immediately, and Algonova shall not be liable for any resulting loss of access or data.
BOOKING OF TRIAL CLASSES
The App allows users to book free trial classes for their children.
Please note:
- A booking does not guarantee enrollment in any paid or long-term program. - Algonova reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in case of technical issues, instructor unavailability, or other reasonable circumstances. - You agree to provide accurate contact information for booking confirmation and notifications.
NO PAYMENTS OR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
The App is completely free to use. It does not process any payments, charge any fees, or include in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any future introduction of paid services would be subject to separate and explicit user consent.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may rely on third-party service providers (such as Twilio Inc.) to deliver technical functionalities, including SMS OTP verification. Such providers process limited user data strictly for the purpose of enabling App features and operate under their own privacy policies. Algonova is not responsible for any failures, interruptions, or limitations of third-party services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App and all its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Algonova and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the App,
- Network interruptions or system errors,
- Issues arising from third-party integrations (including Twilio or mobile network operators), or
- Temporary downtime or maintenance periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algonova disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in and to the App and its contents belong to Algonova or its licensors. No part of the App may be reproduced or used except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
USER FEEDBACK
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions provided by users may be used by Algonova to improve or develop the App and related services without any obligation, acknowledgment, or compensation to the user.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated within the App or through our official channels. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
