This app is a standalone mobile application that provides educational video content and trial class booking services for parents and children in Indonesia.
The App is designed for use by parents and legal guardians to access educational materials for their children and to book trial classes. It is not intended for direct use by children. Registration and access are available only to verified users aged 18 and above (parents/guardians).
The app is completely free, it contains no payments, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
WHO WE ARE AND DATA CONTROLLER
The App is operated by Algonova Global Inc. (hereinafter - Algonova), a company duly established and existing under the laws of Delaware, United States. Algonova acts as the data controller for all personal data collected through the App. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us at algonova@alg.team. Upon request, we will permanently delete user data (including phone number and booking history) within 30 days.
WHICH DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
Users access the app directly. We collect only minimal data:
● your phone number
● trial class booking info (name, time slot)
No email or social login options are used.
All data is collected and processed in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
The purpose of this data collection is personalization, onboarding, booking and analytics. Data are retained only for as long as necessary to provide services.
We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete such information promptly.
WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
All personal data is primarily processed in Indonesia. Limited processing may occur in the UAE and United States, where our trusted third-party provider Twilio Inc. operates, solely for the purpose of sending and verifying SMS one-time passwords (OTP). Twilio acts as a data processor on behalf of Algonova and handles users’ phone numbers in accordance with its own privacy policy. Cross-border transfers of personal data comply with Article 56 of Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022), ensuring adequate protection and user consent.
SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES, SECURITY MEASURES
We use secure servers and encrypt all data transmissions using HTTPS.
We do not share user data with any third-party service providers except Twilio, which is used solely for OTP verification and processes phone numbers in accordance with its own privacy policy.
We do not transfer, sell, or trade any user data to any third party for commercial purposes.
Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel only, and all processing follows industry-standard security practices.
NOTIFICATIONS AND PERMISSIONS
The App may request permission to send push notifications and personalized updates.
Users can manage or disable these permissions anytime in their device settings.
The App does not collect location data or use background tracking.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or service-related changes.
The latest version will always be available on https://algonova.com, and the “Effective Date” will indicate the most recent update.
